Up to 10:40 is a full day, after 10:40 is a half day (until 28 Sep 2026 the cutoff was 11:00). The earlier of the attendance mark and a site trip counts, so a site trip started by 10:40 is a full day even if attendance is marked later. This holds wherever the trip was started, office or home. No mark and no trip is absent. Sunday is the weekly off, and company holidays are never counted absent.

Days worked add up through the month: a full day adds 1, a half day adds ½. The grey line is the working days so far, so the gap is time missed. Hours at work come from the in and out times (from 30 Sep 2026, when out time started); a day with no out time adds no hours rather than a guess.

When a month ends, its full day-by-day record is saved automatically to the _monthly-reports folder in the Client Hub Drive, as three spreadsheets (daily attendance, monthly summary, site visits).
